The incident is so sudden that the car isn't able to react on time, and ends up hitting the old man in front of the car (may God bless his hypothetical soul).

Go on the internet and search for the term "greatest leaders of all time". You will probably see a list of the world's most prominent male personalities. After taking a look, count the number of men and the number of women that appeared in the search result, and compare both of those numbers with each other.
Whose fault is it in this scenario where the search engine is potentially being unfair towards the female gender?
In the above scenarios, we are faced with some serious moral questions. What you need to understand here is that there is no "one" correct answer to any of those questions mentioned above and that the above-mentioned questions are too subjective to be answered properly.
